The Bartram

Constructed in 2005, the Bartram was originally a luxury student apartment. In 2010, a team conducted forensic investigation and concluded that nearly the entire exterior facade was damaged by moisture intrusion. As a part of the expert remediation team, the water pathways were found, a renovation protocol was established, and then the project was supervised onsite during the remediation process.
